Player You've Never Heard of Creates Regional Server

A new server was found today, HFTF Micronesia, for HFTF players living in or near the islands of Micronesia. The server was made by a mid-level player who you've never heard of and likely will never interact with either.

The server was supposedly created months ago but it remained almost impossible to find due to a complete lack of advertising in the main server and in Fightcade itself, only just now coming up in casual conversation, brought up by what was assumed to be a new player, much to the surprise of many who were also unaware of its existence, as well as that of the owner.

When Tandem Cancel's research team inspected the location they were shocked to find almost no recognizable names or any semblance of familiarity despite the server being close to a carbon copy of the main HFTF server's structure.

"What really threw us off was how we were treated." explained one of the explorers sent to investigate. "Immediately upon entering the server we were recognized as foreigners and given special roles. 'Foreign Diplomats' is the role we were given. It doesn't seem to serve any purpose. It unlocked no new channels, it didn't give us any special privileges, nothing. And they seemed to respect us deeply as though we were high-level players, even though none of us have ever even gotten top 8 at a tournament. The server's owner seemed to bend over backward for us, it was almost creepy. Any time we asked anything if he was online he would come rushing to help. Plus everybody there spoke English, so I don't really see a point to the server. If they really wanted to play with people nearby I know that Micronesia isn't that far from Australia, maybe they could get in the OCE server?"

With the distinct lack of a language barrier and proximity to another regional server, many are left scratching their heads as to why this server was created and who the hell the guy that made it is. When Tandem Cancel's reporters finally remembered exactly who was in charge and asked for an explanation they were ignored.

Tandem Cancel's researchers estimate that this server will likely follow the same patterns as the other strangely elusive regional servers and be forgotten within a month or so.
